Our Director, Kunal, founded the business after gaining a decade of invaluable experience with some of the country's most esteemed estate agencies. His career spanned both large corporate firms and leading independent agencies, where he held senior roles that honed his skills and enriched his industry insight.

With over 17 years of experience in the property industry, Kunal now actively manages the offices, focusing on staff development and delivering exceptional service.

During his journey, Kunal identified a significant market gap—an opportunity for a boutique estate agency providing tailored, exceptional service for sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants.

In 2017, with a vision to fill this niche and offer the personalized attention often missing in larger firms, Black & Blanc opened its first office in Croydon.

Kunal deeply understands the bond between people and property; it's at the heart of everything Black & Blanc does. His vision is clear: to ensure that moving home—often deemed one of life's most stressful experiences—is pleasant for every client who sells, buys, or rents through the agency. Living in West Wickham himself—equidistant from both the West Wickham and Beckenham offices—Kunal is continually inspired by this vibrant community, motivating the company to open offices here.

When he's not shaping the future of real estate, Kunal is a passionate Arsenal supporter, often found cheering on his team with unbridled enthusiasm. His love for family time is equally fervent, creating cherished memories.
