Kapil Kakar

Prior to establishing Black & Blanc in 2017, Kapil built a wealth of experience across diverse industries, beginning his career in Sales specializing in IT infrastructures for large commercial companies. Here, he was able to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions which are skills he has built on today. Simultaneously, Kapil played an active role in his family’s commercial property management business and financial investments, gaining valuable insights into real estate and asset management.

Kapil’s passion for property led him to seize an opportunity to work locally in South London real estate. Combining his natural leadership abilities, sales expertise, and deep understanding of the property market, he launched Black and Blanc to bring a fresh approach to the industry. With 22 years of professional experience—15 of which are in property management—Kapil continues to set benchmarks in real estate with his vision and drive and is proud to be part of an award winning independent real estate agency.

Outside of work, Kapil is a family man and has a keen interest in sports, particularly in football and cricket having previously represented the South of England in the latter. Kapil holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Essex.
