Kapil Kakar built his career across industries, including IT, commercial property, financial investments and real estate. His past experiences sharpened his ability to understand client needs and deliver thoughtful, effective solutions.

A passion for property led Kapil to work in the South East London property market. A natural leader and people person, with a deep understanding of property and sales, he launched Black & Blanc in 2017 with business partner Kunal. Kapil’s drive to create a truly independent, people-first estate agency continues to shape the agency’s growth and success.

Outside of work, Kapil is a family man with a love for sports, particularly cricket, having previously represented the South of England.
