Review your savings, check your credit score, and secure a mortgage in principle to confirm your budget; Pillar, our in-house mortgage brokerage, is at your disposal. If you have a property to sell, we can value it and help get it ready for the market.  

We get to know your requirements, timeline, and property goals either in person or on the phone. We can then curate the market and show suitable properties.  

Once you have found the right property, submit your offer, and we will negotiate on your behalf.  

Appoint a conveyancer and complete your full mortgage application for lender approval. Pillar, our mortgage partners can help you find a great deal.  

Your solicitor conducts property searches and surveys to ensure everything is in order.

Sign contracts, transfer funds, and collect the keys to your new home.
