Black & Blanc is founded with one simple idea: estate agency can be better. We opened our first office with a clear mission — to put people before property, and service before sales.

October 2018

Our people-first approach, earned us the title of Best Estate Agent in South East London a proud moment that reflected the trust of our clients and the strength of our service.

March 2020

A New Chapter in West Wickham

We left our first home in Croydon and opened the doors to a permanent space in West Wickham. A move that reflected our growth, our ambition, and our deepening roots in the local community.

December 2023

Raising the Bar for New Homes

We sold over 100 new build properties; more than any other estate agent in South East London.

It marked a defining year for our Land & New Homes division, as we partnered with developers who share our vision for quality, design, and delivering homes that truly stand out.

Beckenham, Curated

The opening of our Beckenham office marked more than just growth. It was a commitment to serve a broader community across the London Borough of Bromley.
